CRTC Ruling update!
We received our updates February 2 2012 and we our passing the news to you with the changes that will take affect March 1 2012. Yes we know this is only a few weeks notice, we stressed our complaints as well! We received our new pricing have had to increase our residetial DSL service by $ 5.00/mth and have been forced to go to a monthly cap. We our putting our cap at 300GB per month and for most customers this will be plenty of bandwidth so you will see no change. As for high users you will be forced to slow down on your uage or see high bill at the end of the month. Again we stress stress stress that this is totally out of our control and is based on the CRTC rulings re usage. We are only adding the addition costs to us! We hope that this is the last we will need to make changes and for us to provide the best service possible.
